Measures the ability to lead across cultures and build belonging — reading cultural differences accurately without stereotyping, being aware of your own affinity biases, surfacing every voice rather than the loudest, and adapting your style to context. Globally relevant. Items are realistic cross-cultural and inclusion situations where the well-meaning move misreads or excludes. Scoring is keyed to the evidence: cultural variation in communication and conflict norms and face concerns (Hofstede; Ting-Toomey), culture as hypothesis not stereotype (ecological fallacy), affinity/in-group bias, inclusive participation design, and adaptive leadership style. Behavioural-tendency framing and equally-credible, misconception-anchored options make it resistant to guessing and faking. A stretch band raises the difficulty. Administration time: 22-30 minutes.
