Measures the ability to lead with data honestly — distinguishing correlation from causation, spotting vanity metrics, testing assumptions, deciding well on incomplete data, and reading the commercial numbers that matter. Built for leaders who must turn data into decisions without being misled by it. Items are realistic situations where the confident, data-flavoured answer is often wrong. Scoring is keyed to the evidence: correlation-versus-causation and confounding, vanity-versus-meaningful metrics, seeking disconfirming evidence and testing assumptions, decision-versus-outcome quality and base rates, and unit-economics/contribution reasoning. Behavioural-tendency framing and equally-credible, misconception-anchored options make it resistant to guessing and faking. A stretch band raises the difficulty. Administration time: 22-30 minutes.
