Measures values-based judgment under pressure — doing right when it's costly or unobserved, recognising your own conflicts of interest, owning outcomes and finding the courage to speak up, and reasoning carefully through competing ethical principles. Items are realistic integrity situations where the rationalised, self-serving move is available and tempting. Scoring is keyed to the evidence: integrity independent of detectability and the slippery slope, conflict-of-interest and the bias blind spot, leader ownership versus scapegoating, moral courage and the bystander effect, and multi-lens ethical reasoning beyond majority benefit. Behavioural-tendency framing and equally-credible, misconception-anchored options make it resistant to guessing and faking. A stretch band raises the difficulty. Administration time: 22-30 minutes.
