Measures the ability to build high-trust, high-performing teams — pairing relationships with standards and safety, reading and managing team dynamics, keeping disagreement productive, and building shared ownership. Items are realistic team situations where the comfortable instinct produces a pleasant but average team. Scoring is keyed to the evidence: task versus social cohesion and team process over composition (team-effectiveness meta-analyses; Project Aristotle), psychological safety with standards (Edmondson), managing airtime and dynamics, decoupling task from relationship conflict (De Dreu & Weingart), and shared ownership. Behavioural-tendency framing and equally-credible, misconception-anchored options make it resistant to guessing and faking. A stretch band raises the difficulty. Administration time: 22-30 minutes.
