Taking an assessment
I was told an assessment has been assigned to me. How do I get access?
Check your email — you will have received an invitation, your login details, or a notification that an assessment is waiting.
Access always starts with an email from AssessAll. Depending on how your HR team set things up, you will receive one of three emails:
- An invitation to join your organisation's workspace — select Accept invitation and set your own password.
- Your login details — your account has already been created for you; the email contains the email address to use, and either a password or a link to set one.
- A notification that an assessment has been assigned to you — this means your account already exists; simply sign in.
Any one of these is enough to get started. What matters is that you end up with a way to sign in.
Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam or junk folder, and search for "AssessAll". If it is genuinely not there, ask your HR contact to resend it — they can do that in seconds.
