How do credits work?
Your organisation holds a credit balance; each assessment or report consumes credits at a set rate when it is used.
Credits are the single currency across the platform, so you are never negotiating per-product pricing mid-programme.
- Your organisation holds a credit balance you can top up.
- Each assessment shows its credit price per person before you launch — the estimate on the launch screen is what will be consumed.
- Credits are consumed when the work is actually done, and every movement is recorded in your Wallet ledger with the person and assessment it relates to.
- If the balance is too low for a launch, the launch is blocked before anything is assigned — you will never half-assign a cohort.
Add-ons such as proctoring, and additional report lenses, are priced separately and shown before you commit.
