How do I assign an assessment to a group of people?
Use Programs (or a Learning Journey): pick the assessment, choose the audience, and launch — everyone is assigned at once.
Assigning to a group is done through Programs:
- Create or open a program, then select Launch.
- Pick the assessment or store product you want to run.
- Choose the audience — everyone, selected teams, or named individuals.
- Review the credit estimate shown for the launch, then confirm.
Each participant is assigned the assessment, notified, and can find it under Assessments → Shared with my organisation. Progress appears back in the program as people complete it.
If you run structured programmes, a Learning Journey does the same across baseline, mid-point and outcome stages, so you can prove the change rather than just record attendance.
