For HR and organisation admins
Can I run an assessment without adding people as users?
Yes — issue a share link or QR code. Recipients take it without creating an account.
For campus drives, walk-in hiring or quick evaluations, a share link is usually the better tool than adding users.
- Generate a tokenised link (and a QR code) for the assessment.
- Anyone with the link can take it — no account needed.
- Links can be capped by number of uses, given an expiry date, protected with an access code, and revoked at any time.
- Results come back into your console like any other attempt.
Use assignments when you are tracking named employees over time; use share links when you need reach and speed.
