Who can see my results?

You (when your organisation enables it) and the organisation that assigned the assessment. Not other participants.

If an organisation assigned the assessment, that organisation can see your result — typically the HR or L&D team, and the manager running the programme. That is the basis on which they paid for it.

Other participants never see your results. There are no leaderboards or public rankings.

Whether you see your own report is your organisation's choice. Most enable it, because a report the participant can act on is the point of the exercise. Some — especially in hiring — review internally first.

If you bought an assessment yourself from our store, the result is yours alone unless you choose to share it.
