I think I have lost my answers. Are they gone?

Almost certainly not. Answers are saved continuously while you work, and we can recover them even if the final submission failed.

Answers are written away as you go, not held until the end. You will usually see an Auto-saving indicator near the top of the screen while you work. So:

Closed the tab, or your laptop slept? Sign back in and choose Resume. You will land where you left off.
Ran out of time and it submitted itself? Your saved answers are used for scoring. A timed submission does not discard work.
Report shows a score that looks impossibly low? That is worth reporting rather than accepting. Tell your HR contact, or contact us with the assessment name and when you took it. We can inspect the attempt and re-score it against your saved answers.

If a screen genuinely looks emptier than you remember, do not re-do the whole thing in a hurry. Ask first — re-answering over the top is harder to unpick than a straightforward recovery.
