For HR and organisation admins
How do I see who has finished, and chase the people who have not?
Assignments shows every person's status and dates; for people who never got in, resend their credentials from People.
To see where everyone is: open Assignments. Each row shows the person, the assessment, and the status — assigned, in progress or completed — with the date assigned and the date finished. Programs shows the same thing rolled up per cohort.
For someone who has not started:
- They may never have received the email. From People, select them and choose Resend credentials. This sends fresh login details (and resets their password), which resolves the large majority of "I never got anything" cases.
- They may have the email but be stuck. Point them at the participant guide — the troubleshooting answers cover the handful of things that actually go wrong.
**For someone stuck at in progress:** they started and did not finish. Their answers are saved, so they can resume where they stopped; a nudge from you is usually all it takes.
We do not yet send automatic reminder emails on a schedule. If you are running a large cohort against a deadline and want a bulk nudge, tell us — we can send one for you.
